Motivation management in cultural audience

Author
PhD in Strategic Management
Abstract
This article examines the principles and methods of motivation management in the context of cultural audiences, focusing on both organizational and non-organizational perspectives. Key principles such as God-centeredness, humanism, realism, love for the audience, role modeling, justice-seeking, and selecting appropriate communication methods are analyzed. The process of cultural message acceptance—including awareness, attention, feedback, experimentation, acceptance, and follow-up—is outlined. The study categorizes cultural audiences (individuals, society, government) and proposes practical strategies to enhance motivational efficiency, such as audience engagement, financial and non-financial rewards, and ensuring fairness in motivational systems. Finally, the necessity of designing context-specific and indigenous motivational frameworks for diverse cultural sectors is emphasized.
