This article explores the relationship between work conscience and productivity within a cultural and Islamic framework. Work conscience, as an internal motivator that encourages individuals to perform their duties accurately and diligently, plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity. Emphasizing the Islamic perspective, the author regards work conscience not only as a social responsibility but also as a divine duty encompassing the satisfaction of God and service to people. Factors influencing productivity, such as cultural values, organizational structure, human capital investment, and external forces, are analyzed. Additionally, the role of mobilization (Basij) as a revolutionary institution in strengthening work conscience and improving productivity is examined. Indicators of work conscience, including a sense of usefulness in work, enjoyment of work, minimal need for external control, and creativity, are identified as key contributors to productivity. Finally, strategies for fostering work conscience in individuals and organizations are presented.
