Abstract
This article explores the critical role of information and technology in psychological warfare and analyzes their impact on the outcomes of military conflicts. By reviewing various definitions of psychological warfare, the author argues that accurate and up-to-date information is the foundation of successful psychological operations. Additionally, the article highlights the importance of advanced technologies, such as computer systems, satellites, and communication networks, in gathering and processing data. The findings suggest that future wars will predominantly rely on informational and technological superiority, with mastery of these domains being decisive for victory.
