Highlighting the pivotal role of information in social, economic, political, and cultural transformations, the author analyzes the impact of the "information explosion" on human life and the necessity of its effective management. The study also outlines the objectives of the "Mazhar" journal's information dissemination section, including bridging the gap between academic practitioners and decision-makers, reflecting educational activities, and promoting knowledge through scientific resources. The research emphasizes the need to leverage information technologies to achieve academic excellence and address the informational needs of the audience.
