Employing a descriptive–analytical approach and based on a systematic review of theoretical literature, this article examines the role of human resource management in strengthening organizational commitment and improving the quality of employee performance. The findings indicate that aligning human resource strategies with an organization’s overall objectives, emphasizing continuous training and development, involving employees in decision-making processes, and fostering an organizational culture grounded in trust and a focus on quality have a significant impact on enhancing organizational commitment and improving work quality.
Ultimately, the article emphasizes that organizations which view human resources as strategic partners possess greater capacity to adapt to environmental changes and to achieve sustainable performance.
