One of the fundamental concerns of politicians, political and intellectual elites of all societies, especially Third World societies, is how to consolidate values in society. Through what mechanism can new values be embedded into the culture of a society so that its people adapt their behaviors and actions to the values and consider those values as the origin of their behaviors. For this very reason, it is important to know how the values and culture of a society can be transmitted to the members of society—a subject known as socialization. Better yet, one must understand what the processes, effective factors, strategies, and the role of the society's cultural system in socialization (cultural education) are. Therefore, this article has been written to describe and analyze the desirable cultural education system, possesses an applied aspect, and, considering the research objective, is of a descriptive type. Its method is documentary and library study, and it ultimately proposes the characteristics of a desirable cultural education system.
