The present study aimed to examine the relationship between knowledge management strategies and organizational innovation in companies located in Industrial Towns No. 1 and 3 of Sanandaj County. In terms of its objective, the study is applied in nature, while in terms of its nature and methodology, it is descriptive-correlational. The study was conducted using a cross-sectional time horizon. Knowledge management strategies were assessed using the model developed by Lopez et al. (2005), comprising the dimensions of codification and personalization. The dependent variable, organizational innovation, was measured using Hernandez’s (2008) model, which consists of two dimensions: radical and incremental innovation. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires among the statistical population, which consisted of 142 active companies located in Industrial Towns No. 1 and 3 of Sanandaj. From this population, 103 managers were selected as the statistical sample using a sampling method. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was employed to analyze the data and examine the relationships among the variables. The validity of the questionnaire was established through face and content validity, while its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The findings indicate that there is a significant and direct relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management strategies (codification and personalization) and organizational innovation.
