In this work, we intend to become familiar with cultural definitions and terms, effective and constituent dimensions and components, internal and external obstacles and problems of culture, and its other applications in the individual, social, and national spheres from the perspective and statements of the Supreme Leader, and by examining and analyzing the comprehensive themes related to it, identify other influential and foundational components and present them in a table as a qualitative theme analysis. Over many years before and after the revolution, His Excellency has always been the main and influential executor, thinker, and guide in the field of culture. Therefore, by studying the causes, factors, and instances of these strategies that he has experienced along the path of the Revolution's progress and in various positions and dimensions, a comprehensive roadmap in this field can be achieved. Culture and ethics, work culture, economic culture, religious culture, social and political culture, etc., are all important components of human life, which require proper education and management to advance appropriate goals. Social justice is among the titles that depend on the reform of corrupt cultures. Furthermore, cultural identity and cultural invasion are among the most important parts of a country's social excellence, which, with the mention of instances and its instructive history by His Excellency, have always illuminated the path of the Revolution and the Islamic Ummah. Finally, the obstacles and challenges of the cultural sphere along with the responsibilities of the Islamic government in this regard, including matters such as education, Persian language and literature, national independence, and anti-arrogance, have been pointed out.
