The role of the IRGC (Sepah) in the Constitution is stated as protecting the Revolution and its achievements. On the other hand, the Supreme Leader introduces the Revolution as a movement that is inherently progressive and considers safeguarding and preserving the Revolution to be the maintenance of this very state of progressiveness and driving forward. In this regard, diverse missions are assigned to this institution, which undoubtedly entail various cultural consequences for individuals, organizations, and society. Examining these cultural impacts and the nature of their effects—whether they strengthen or weaken Islamic and revolutionary values—is an undeniable necessity in the path of safeguarding the Islamic Revolution. A cultural attachment and its preparation and formulation for various activities can answer these questions; therefore, this article seeks to explain the necessity of cultural attachment formulation for safeguarding the Islamic Revolution through a documentary library study method, utilizing the statements of the Supreme Leader and a comprehensive definition of culture, cultural attachment, and the concept of safeguarding the Islamic Revolution.
