Cultural NATO refers to a series of software measures that, with the help of hardware such as media, etc., are utilized to dominate global culture. In fact, the Western world strives to achieve cultural domination and hegemony by relying on its military power (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), firstly to prevent authentic cultures and secondly to present Western culture as the dominant global culture. In this article, the authors endeavor to scientifically explain cultural NATO and describe its dimensions and characteristics with the aid of the statements and viewpoints of the Supreme Leader. Subsequently, ways to counter this phenomenon are addressed in this paper.
