Resilience economy, like other forms of people's resistance against enemy threats during the forty years of the first step of the revolution which led to victory, is one of the unquestionable strategies of the Islamic system against the economic threats of global arrogance. This threat will also turn into an opportunity and a strength of the system by relying on the people's power. According to the statement of the grand architect of the revolution, that "guilds and tradesmen are the powerful arms of the movement, if the guilds and tradesmen had not accompanied, the revolution would not have triumphed," it must be noted that a significant portion of the people now belong to the family of guilds and tradesmen, comprising over thirty percent of the country's population. They play a significant role in realizing the second step centered on a resilience economy, a fraction of which we witnessed in the ups and downs of recent years in the market and the people's livelihood, where the country's merchants and traders emerged more proud than before from the economic test. In this article, using a descriptive and library method, the role-playing of guilds, tradesmen, and economic actors in realizing the Second Step Statement of the Revolution is addressed. Considering the priority of countering the enemies' economic threats, the capacities of guilds and tradesmen, and the capability of the Basij in organizing, guiding, and coagulating these capacities in realizing the Second Step Statement of the Revolution—especially with a resilience economy approach utilizing the guidelines of Imam Khomeini (RA)—deserves serious and comprehensive attention.
