While celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Basij, the Second Step Statement has been published by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and the future of the revolution is ahead of us based on that statement. The new approach of the Basij is adherence to the Second Step Statement of the Revolution and playing a pioneering role centered on youth and adolescents. It is necessary to adopt new methods by resorting to this statement. Economic independence and authority are achieved under the shadow of supporting domestic work and capital and ultimately increasing national production. An economy can claim authority and growth that has maximum domestic production and consumption and whose economic scale leans toward exports. According to the definition of resilience economy by some economists, this type of economy usually stands in confrontation and opposition to the dependent and consumerist economy of a country, which is not passive and stands against the economic goals of domination, attempting to change existing economic structures and indigenize them based on worldview and goals. To sustain this type of economy, one must move increasingly toward limiting the use of oil resources and freeing the country's economy from reliance on these resources, keeping in mind that a resilience economy emerges when there is a war, and it finds meaning against the economic war and the soft war of the enemy. Uneven economic and social development, the gap and the level of economic utilization of the periphery center have had and continue to have dire consequences on social life, economic security, and deprived and remote areas. Based on this, and in line with helping to eliminate the backwardness of these areas, the idea and plan of Basij-e Sazandegi as one of the strategies for poverty alleviation in deprived areas has been stated by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, which can be examined and analyzed from three aspects: helping to fairly distribute facilities in deprived areas and attracting participation, guiding the youth force and general voluntary services, and ultimately affecting the development of sustainable security infrastructures. This article, aiming to elucidate the role of Basij-e Sazandegi in the resilience economy and supporting national production as a national strategy, can, while strengthening sustainable security infrastructures (in various social, cultural, economic, political, psychological, physical, national, and local dimensions), facilitate the realization of the mission and duties of guarding and protecting the revolution and responding to the gaps facing the Islamic system through the participation and cooperation of all people.
