The purpose of this research is to study the capacity of Basij activities in organizing the value environment with a case study of the recreational areas of Rey City. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-correlational in terms of method, and quantitative (survey) in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes Basij base commanders, Basij cultural officials, and prayer leaders totaling 55 people. Due to the limited statistical population, it was not subject to sample size and the entire statistical population was included in the research basket through a census method. The data collection method has been carried out through library and field research. To collect data, a standard questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale valuation was distributed among 55 people in the statistical population. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the opinions of experts, the supervisor, and the advisor by the face validity method. The reliability of the questionnaire was above 0.7 through a pre-test using Cronbach's alpha coefficient method, indicating its confirmation. All data were analyzed using SPSS software. For data distribution (whether data is normal or non-normal), the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. All data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests (demographic variables) and analytical statistical tests to test the research hypotheses, the single-sample test to categorize independent variables affecting the dependent variable, Friedman's test, and finally Pearson's test, f-test, and a simple linear regression equation for disaggregated and semi-disaggregated correlation analysis. The results of the research indicate the confirmation of all research hypotheses.
