Population abundance has always been considered an influential factor in shaping the power of countries in political, economic, and especially military dimensions, and rulers who had larger populations in their tribe, society, and country were considered more powerful compared to other rulers. Population growth is discussed in two quantitative and qualitative categories; in discussing quality, the most important factor is morale. Morale elevates forces and has a significant impact on a country's victory and the achievement of military objectives. The purpose of this research is to determine what role population plays in increasing or decreasing national or collective power, and specifically on the country's military power. Relying on information gathered from relevant documents and books, the obtained result indicates that strategic analysts believe in a significant relationship between power and population size. In assessing the power of countries, the assumption is that under equal conditions, a country with a larger population is more powerful than a country with a smaller population; in fact, a large population brings self-confidence internally and fear externally.
