Satellite is a very effective tool in the field of communication and information, which in the recent century—known as the century of information and communication—has been effective in reducing the distance between the peoples of the world and the producers of television programs. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and study the impact of satellites on people's culture and the threats arising from it in the direction of soft war and psychological operations for victory in cultural fields for colonizers. This article has been prepared in a descriptive manner. At the same time, data has been added in a documentary form to assist the method of sociological and cultural qualitative analysis. In the recent media world, learning theories in various forms are used to influence the audience. The breadth and universality of the satellite reception field help the speed and effect of receiving the message of the actors of the communication world to expand their political, economic, and cultural demands. By using the discussion of imitative learning and audience motivation, they educate their audiences against their anthropology and worldview, and this helps to empty individuals of their own values and norms. In fact, media packages with political and ideological objectives are pre-prepared to accompany the audience, and the audience, without knowing the hidden desire of media programs, is trapped in them and may remain unaware of what has been done regarding their attitudes and beliefs until the end of their lives. Being aware of what satellite networks and the media world do to change the ideas and attitudes of audiences makes it necessary to spread the culture of criticism and review. Superficiality and superficial acceptance among audiences should lead to deep attitude and acceptance. Domestic radio and television programs should be diversified to suit the tastes of various strata and guilds, extensive news and media censorship should be avoided, acceptable and dominant hosts and actors should be utilized in production programs, and values, beliefs, and norms should be internalized and deepened for audiences, especially the youth generation.
