Recognition precedes prescription and solution-making; until recognition, analysis, and description of a phenomenon take place, stating what should be done is an illogical matter; therefore, in problem-oriented phenomenology, the problem must be specified, analyzed, and described. Identifying and understanding the problem itself makes the problem-solving process near and precise. Issues manifest themselves around us based on phenomena, and one of these phenomena and issues is man. Human beings, possessing three dimensions of thought, spirit-emotional, and physical, with the process of growth and upbringing, will be able to help their environment. Today, organizations are seeking to attract and nurture efficient forces whose capability accelerates the achievement of the organization's defined goals. From the perspective of its founder, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is a sacred institution built on the basis of genuine Islamic-human values. The tangible difference of this institution from other institutions and organizations is its special emphasis on man and his upbringing, instead of emphasizing other factors and components of a system; based on the fact that good human beings for growth and excellence must be attracted and nurtured in this institution, and also this institution in defined goals and explicit missions, seeks the growth and excellence of the surrounding environment and human society, but the guards of Islam, like other human beings, are exposed to multiple threats and consequently will suffer vulnerabilities that ultimately, while harming the social environment, will also have a direct effect on the institutional IRGC. Vulnerabilities are in various dimensions and extents, one of which is in the field of ethics and organizational behavior, which the authors intend to explain and describe using religious sources including verses and traditions with a descriptive-analytical strategy and the Delphi-expertise method.
