Among the most influential factors in any society and organization is the issue of management and managers. Managers always play an important and vital role in organizations. This largely depends on the type and characteristics of the governing management and the traits of the managers. The prominent faithful and revolutionary characteristics of the Basij—an inclusive, efficient, capable, low-cost, and fruitful organization—have placed it in a privileged position, which in reality must be considered one of the pillars of national security and the robust columns of the country in various fields. Now, a massive collection of Basijis in schools, universities, factories, farms, organizations, and offices, through their continuous and serious efforts, have opened a new arena in the field of management that heralds a bright future. This article briefly examines the dimensions and characteristics of Basij management.
