This research is designed to elucidate the strategic role of human resource training within military organizations and to enhance the specialized knowledge of the Resistance branch. Considering variables such as the information explosion and the emergence of modern technologies, the article analyzes factors influencing learning quality and examines the necessity of aligning educational methods with various operational and staff levels. The findings indicate that for introductory courses, utilizing lecture and Q&A methods is more effective for providing trainees with an overall perspective, whereas advanced courses should focus on active methods such as role-playing and practical demonstrations to train expert staff officers. Ultimately, the discourse asserts that the precise selection of instructional methods based on course objectives and subject matter is the primary key to successfully transferring modern defense skills and countering emerging threats.
