This article aims to explicate the concept of Islamic management from the perspective of Shahid Morteza Motahhari, analyzing the relationship between competence, merit, and the optimal utilization of human capital. Adopting an analytical approach, the study examines the nexus between leadership and management within the context of Islamic growth, demonstrating that management in this paradigm is synonymous with the concept of “Rosha” (growth) and the qualitative excellence of society’s spiritual assets. The findings indicate that the exercise of management necessitates undergoing a four-stage growth process, where the individual serves as the primary unit of analysis. Ultimately, this discourse asserts that the essence and objective of management in Motahhari’s thought are predicated on individual development and transcendence, ensuring the guidance of society toward perfection.
