Key principles such as God-centeredness, humanism, realism, love for the audience, role modeling, justice-seeking, and selecting appropriate communication methods are analyzed. The process of cultural message acceptance—including awareness, attention, feedback, experimentation, acceptance, and follow-up—is outlined. The study categorizes cultural audiences (individuals, society, government) and proposes practical strategies to enhance motivational efficiency, such as audience engagement, financial and non-financial rewards, and ensuring fairness in motivational systems. Finally, the necessity of designing context-specific and indigenous motivational frameworks for diverse cultural sectors is emphasized.
